Refund policy

Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We are not responsible for shipping costs to return the item. If you request us to send you a return shipping label, we will do so, but the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Packaging must be unopened, and returned in the original packaging, with all tags, still affixed. The item must be in brand new condition.
Important Note: If your return is received and determined it was used/abused/heavy wear and tear, no refund will be issued.
Refunds:
Once your item is received and we verify the above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
*Please note: there is a 15% restocking fee for all returns.
Exchanges/Replacing Items (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@loluemade.com
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return/or a credit to your account for a future purchase. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or credit will be issued.
Shipping back to us:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item back to us.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
